Payment plan, cinema equipment damages, deposits and cancellation policy
How do I pay?
In order to secure your dates, we will need €100 deposit in advance to secure your date. This is non-refundable. The balance is paid on delivery.
In case of damage to the equipment, we require a fully refundable damages deposit of €100 or €200 (this will be agreed in advance with you based on the equipment hired) which should be paid on delivery. This will be returned to you when we collect the equipment the next day. We will provide you with a contract and inventory list on the delivery day and check the equipment with you to ensure it is fully functioning when we leave it with you. The damages deposit will be withheld should any damage occur to the screen, projector or speaker.
What happens with the damages deposit?
We do not expect you to clean any of the equipment, however should any of the equipment be excessively dirty, damaged or lost, we will deduct the extra cleaning charges, repair costs or replacement from the deposit. We will provide you with a contract and inventory list on the delivery day and each piece of equipment is noted with the cost of replacement which will be taken from the deposit.
Cancellation and refunds policy
Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations on booked events within 7 days of the event taking place. If you need to change the dates before the 7 days, we will transfer the €100 booking deposit, but we cannot guarantee any specific dates as we do get booked up months in advance. If you are worried about this please contact us as we really want you to enjoy our cinema experience and will do our best to try to accommodate you.
