  • What area do you cover?

We deliver to the Costa del Sol.  Delivery is free between Estepona Town Centre and Marbella Town Centre. There is a surcharge for delivery to other areas of the Costa del Sol starting at €20. Please ask about delivery fees.

  • How does it work?

We provide you with a HDMI cable so you can plug your laptop,  playstation, XBOX, DVD Player, Blu-Ray player, TV Magbox, Chromecast, Amazon Firestick straight into the projector and point it at the screen to play. We have 2 projectors and one will mirror play straight from your mobile or tablet (please state which device you will use when booking so we can give you the correct projector). You can also plug in a USB stick.

  • What happens to the damages deposit?

We ask you to pay €100 in cash on the day of delivery. This will be held as a damages deposit. Shold any of our equipment break we will take the damages desposit to cover costs of replacing it. This covers the screen, projector and speaker. We will check the equipment with you on delivery so that you agree that it is fully functional.

  • What is the hire period?

Set up / delivery will be between 1pm and 8pm on the first day of the hire. We will agree a delivery time with you and we need you to be there to accept and sign for the equipment or we cannot deliver. If you are unable to be there please inform us who will be there to collect the equipment as we will need to write this in the delivery details and they will be required to sign on your behalf. We may have several locations to deliver to on that day so we cannot guarantee delivery at another time if you are not there. Collection will be between 10am and 2pm on the day of collection. This can vary when we have multiple locations and a time will be agreed with you.

  • We require parking directly outside your house during the set up and collection of our equipment.

Our equipment is heavy so we kindly ask you to arrange for parking directly outside your house. If we are not able to park directly outside we may require your assistance to carry the equipment for set up and collection. We thank you for your understanding.

  • How much space do I need for the screen?

The screen measures 305cm diagonal

  • Where can we set up the screen?

Our screen needs to be secured with guide ropes so ideally we need grass to secure the screen if there is a breeze. However if you have a terrace we can also accommodate as we can bring sandbags and rope to tie to light fittings or chairs, umberella stands. If you have hooks in your wall we can use these.

  • Does the cinema come with lights?

Yes we use only battery powered lights and lanterns as part of our packages and we also provide extra batteries so no party will be left in the dark.

  • How long in advance should I book?

Our outdoor cinema is popular especially during the summer months. You can book any day of the week but weekends are busy so please book in advance.

  • How long will it take to set-up?

Generally about 30 to 40 minutes depending if the location is prepared for us.
